But what really sets Jiffy Lube apart for me is their staff. I’ve been to plenty of car places where it feels like you’re just another number, but not here. Last time I went in, they quickly got me sorted out with an oil change.
The staff at the counter and the technicians are so friendly and personable, I remember one time I had to bring my dog along, and they didn’t mind. They welcomed my pet who got to chill in the waiting room with me.
And let me tell you, their efficiency is something else. The whole crew works like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). They know what they’re doing, and they do it with a smile.
Thorough and Attentive
Jiffy Lube’s attention to detail is unlike any other car shop I’ve been to. Their technicians do more than just changing the oil, they also meticulously inspect and clean my vehicle. And they check everything.
For example, they once brought to my attention a dirty filter that needed replacing, and they actually showed me the filter just in case I’d be suspicious.
I know some people say Jiffy Lube keeps overselling them stuff but in my own experience, whenever they tell me something needs to be replaced, it’s because it’s necessary like the dirty filter or the non-functioning light bulb in my vehicle I never even knew about. I’m glad they did check so it could be replaced before I get fined by traffic officers on the road.

I was weary to trust a Tacoma jiffy lube I usually take my car to the dealership. I had phenomenal service! I’m usually pressured into stuff I don’t need but they were very clear if I did or did not need anything extra. They mentioned one tire a bit low, wiped my windows down front side and back! It is rare I feel compelled to leave a review for a large chain, but I need to say: this Jiffy Lube is the best! Everyone working there is always friendly and they’re efficient. I’ve never had to wait very long, and I don’t feel like they push any unnecessary services like some places do. During my last oil change, my service was provided by Alec, Manny & Nico, and I literally drove away with a smile on my face because it was such a pleasant experience. A lot has been said about Jiffy Lube but I’ve been using their services for nearly a decade now and I’ve never had any major issues with them. Then again, the level of customer service might not be the same across all Jiffy Lube service centers. In any case, if you don’t want them to “overcharge” you, then just say no to any added service they might try to offer you. Chances are, your car probably needs these “add-on’s” but again, that’s your call. As far as customer service is concerned, Jiffy Lube has always been nice, friendly, accommodating and professional.
